ItsSMthing.com is an educational website developed by Blueprint Medicines to raise awareness about systemic mastocytosis (SM), a rare condition where those affected have seemingly unrelated symptoms, making it difficult to diagnose.
Set to launch in 2025, the rebrand uses connected rectangles as a graphic element to highlight key words and reinforce the idea that patients are often left to connect the dots themselves.

Day One Second City was The City of Chicago’s submission to Amazon’s 2017 inquiry for the location to open their second headquarters.
Our team worked alongside World Business Chicago to gather and translate hundreds of data sets into comprehensible charts and graphs.
The book was infused with aerial photography, bold copy, and testimonials from locals to capture the spirit of the city. The result was a 153 page book full of as much passion as data and statistics.

Risograph printing is often described as digital screen printing. RISO inks are pre-mixed and include fluorescent and metallic inks, which can’t be achieved with traditional printing methods. This technique produces a unique texture with a hand-printed and tactile finish.
